Who we are
WARM™ is the trading name of Workplace Addiction & Recovery Movement CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16588744). Registered office: [add address]. “WARM”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Workplace Addiction & Recovery Movement CIC.

1. Scope and agreement
   These Registration Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the WARM member platform and services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms together with our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Eligibility and registration
   2.1 Access is available only to leaders from organisations that hold an active WARM membership. Eligible role types include HR lead, Wellbeing lead, EDI lead, Occupational Health lead and ERG lead.
   2.2 You must register using a valid work email and verify it via the link we send. Personal email addresses are not accepted.
   2.3 During registration you provide your full name, role/title, organisation, work email, country of work and (if applicable) the ERG you represent.
   2.4 Accounts are individual and must not be shared.
3. Community conduct
   3.1 Be courteous and respectful in all WARM spaces, events and correspondence.
   3.2 Discriminatory, harassing, abusive or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
   3.3 WARM may suspend or cancel accounts where behaviour breaches these Terms or risks harm.
4. Use of WARM content
   4.1 Member organisations receive access to WARM resources, including the WARM Learning Series, Recovery Talks at Work and live drop-ins.
   4.2 ERG sponsors or employee network leads from member organisations may screen Recovery Talks at Work and WARM Learning Series videos at internal ERG events for their employees only.
   4.3 The following are not permitted: recording, editing, downloading, uploading or external sharing of WARM materials; posting to public sites; using WARM materials as manager or staff training (including line-manager training).
   4.4 All content is WARM’s intellectual property. No licence is granted beyond the limited internal use described above.
5. Nature of service (non-clinical)
   5.1 WARM provides awareness and education. We do not provide medical, clinical, therapeutic, legal or HR advice and are not a substitute for Occupational Health, EAP, medical care or emergency services.
   5.2 Leaders remain responsible for their own policies, decisions and any signposting within their organisation.
6. Live sessions
   6.1 Drop-ins are unrecorded. We may moderate discussions and apply participation limits to protect safety.
   6.2 Please avoid sharing identifiable information about yourself or others.
7. Security and verification
   7.1 Keep your credentials secure and notify us via the site Contact form if you suspect unauthorised use.
   7.2 WARM is not responsible for loss arising from your failure to protect your account.
8. Service changes and termination
   8.1 If your organisation’s membership lapses, your access may be suspended or ended.
   8.2 We may update, withdraw or amend services at our discretion; where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Liability
   9.1 Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
   9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, WARM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on content. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
